FAQs

What exactly do you do?

We offer bespoke music PR services for musicians at all stages. You can check out our recent work here.

You can also check out our 2026 deck here for a more detailed idea of what we offer.

How long is a music PR campaign?

It depends on your music release schedule – but the general rule of thumb is four weeks per single/release/asset and longer with an EP/Album campaign. We work with clients that run single campaigns month-by-month, and others that are ongoing, annual retainers to enable us to cover multiple releases across the year.

How much does a PR campaign cost?

We have set rates for monthly PR campaigns and are able to offer discounted rates for longer release schedules – these fees can be provided upon request. Feel free to reach out with details of your campaign and we can put together the relevant cost.

What does a PR campaign entail?

Each PR campaign is individually tailored to the artist, based on their size and relevant demands to offer a completely bespoke service from start to finish. Starting with a creative call to identify individual artist cultural touchpoints and USPs before implementing PR strategies and our creative networks to amplify artist releases.

Are there any guarantees to your service?

Our work is 100% guaranteed and we provide constant updates throughout the campaign, as well as a comprehensive PR campaign report each Friday to keep track of press targets and progress. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee coverage (no credible agency will do this) – as it is a completely subjective process based on editorial decision, whether the track resonates with specific journalists and editorial teams. We work to position the artist in the strongest possible way and give it the best chance for selection given our networks and experience in the field. We never take on anything we don’t feel confident we can secure coverage on, it is not in our interest to do so as an agency. We are happy to discuss this in more detail in an initial meeting.

Why is music PR important?

Music PR is vital because making good music and getting people to notice it are two different jobs.

A strong PR campaign helps turn a release from “a song that exists” into an artist people are talking about. It creates credible third-party attention through press, interviews, reviews and features, building the proposition of an artist into something meaningful.

For the artist, the key value of PR is credibility and momentum. A journalist, publication or respected platform choosing to cover you carries a deeper weight than an artist promoting themselves. Good coverage gives fans, labels, agents, promoters, publishers and the wider industry a reason to pay attention.

It also helps tell the artist’s story. There are thousands of new tracks released each day; PR gives people context – who they are, why this release matters, what makes them different and why someone should care now.

And importantly, PR has a longer tail than the initial campaign. Strong press becomes searchable proof of an artist’s discography and progress. Quotes and features can be used in EPKs, social content, funding applications, booking pitches, label conversations and future campaigns.

What do you need from me in order to run a campaign?
  • A selection of press shots in hi-res.
  • The single/album cover artwork in hi-res.
  • A private listening link for each release.
  • A private (Unlisted if on YouTube) music video links.
  • Smart link/ Pre-save link.
  • All social media handles.
  • All key artist info.
  • All relevant musical artist touchpoints (anyone notable/ interesting worked with/ are working with).
  • All relevant producer touchpoints.
  • Any other relevant info for inclusion in PR (background/ streaming/ playlists/ performances etc.).
  • Any past press looks.
How much lead time to you need in the run up to my release date?

This can vary. In an ideal world, we would have a full working week ahead of the release to start putting the press release together and pitching your music – but we understand that this isn’t always possible. If your music is already out or coming out soon – we can still help in most cases.

We work with musicians, DJs, record labels, festivals, brands and creative businesses. Whether you’re launching new music or promoting a project, we can help you reach the right audience.
